Yeah, I oversaw that the order of this corner pattern was changed by Black's move 15, so I didn't play C4 because it produces bad shape for White in the original pattern.

Three threats.
If White defends 'a', it's bad shape (if White doesn't defend with 'a', shape becomes even worse because of 'c'). Black can still jump out to 'b' or could play something along the side threatening to connect the marked stone.
