) Much obliged in advance for your kind commentary.This is the first game. The invasion at the bottom is what allowed me to win the game; one common mistake of mine is letting my opponent get a big moyo.
And the second. I apparently did not do well in the endgame and let White reduce Black's moyo early on.
might be OK: I think it is smaller than playing on the lower side. But spending another play actually taking the stone is not OK.

Black plays numerous stones in the centre, gets nothing much but "safety" for strong stones.
Forced? No, and Black could break through on the upper left side.
Sets White a reading problem. Does the diagonal connection on the first line work?
The answer is "no", so this isn't needed.
