I was interested about go for several years, but never got into it (neither had knowledge about the rules). about half a year ago, a friend destroyed my marble chess set by accident. so I ordered totally impulsively a go set 2 months ago. (still dont knew the rules) I got really really fascinated about go, and played game after game the first month. there was only go in my head ^^ I miss some more challange, because I got really good (for me and my friends), and my friends don't accept handicap stones. internet go isn't my cup of tea. I dont bother to buy a new chess set now. I'm 25 year old, but look more like under 18. I was much into extreme sports as skateboarding, downhill longboarding and urban climbing in the past, but got much calmer today. I like to make music. most important thing to me is improve my personality. this is linked to my relationship to god. second thing now is go =D wish you all the best! |

Welcome! - I just joined as well. I hope you enjoy Go. It is my favourite board game. I have played many board games but keep coming back to Go. |
