Hello, ![]() I'm a complete beginner to Go. I knew about Go since 09', but I lost a little bit of interest in it. Now I'm really interested in it again, and determine to learn more about it and approve. ![]() Hope you guys can take care of me. ![]() |

Check out The Interactive Way to Go if you haven't yet. Go look at Sensei's Library, which has links to pages for beginners and a beginner study section from its homepage. If you like, download and play a few games on a 9x9 against a program like IgoWin to get a feel for the game. There are other go playing programs listed on Sensei's Library. Don't play the computer for too long, though (or even at all if you don't want), and soon play on a go server against humans. KGS is a good one. If you like books, there's a list of beginner ones on Sensei's here (scroll down to the Beginner section). I like Go: A Complete Introduction to the Game and volumes one and two of Graded Go Problems for Beginners as beginner books, to give one opinion. |

Thanks, I'm defiantly gonna check out sensei's library and the books. |
