Logging on (and having fun playing Fuego with 7 stones), I noticed that you have 1 handicap stone for rank, regardless of board size. Playing Gnugo with 6 stones is fine, but on a 9x9 board that's going to be tricky :)

On OGS, we used /3 of 13x13 and /6 for 9x9 boards, and that seems to work really pretty well. Is there any chance of something similar on Kaya?

The handicap only applies to 19x19 currently. Even though it displays 7 stones on 9x9. In reality it will be an even game when the game starts.
