Hello folks. Sorry I've been MIA. I'm willing to take a forfeiture since I wasn't there for my game. If I can still get it in though I'd be more than happy to. As I noted awhile back, I've been having issues with being able to stay connected to the internet for lengthy times. But the fault is with my room. I don't know why, but it's become a dead zone. I suppose it also doesn't help that our router is behaving quite terribly.

I won against hailthorn by resignation.

Well, I'm happy to see that two games were played after all

Since I've heard from jordus, but not from LucianoS, I am awarding that game to jordus.

Got lucky and beat jts by resignation.

I missed my scheduled game with Jedo, and I can't make the reschedule tonight due to having baby-not-sleeping-very-much issues.

I think it's best I take the loss by forfeit, and we'll see what I can do next tournament

We've finally managed to overcome out antipodean time difference and I wil play Loons/Practise at 7pm GMT on Saturday 1st December.

...And, I have to be at work. Maybe next weekend? Conceivably we could play sometime before I go to work on a weekday?

That's a shame... or maybe a good thing as I have a bit of a headache so you might have got an easy win.
I'm away next weekend (from Thursday) and am busy Mon and Tues night but could play on Wednesday evening which would be Thursday morning for you.

So obviously it is time to rename this thread the "2012/2013 Life in 19x19 Tournament Pairings & Results". Is there any hope that we see any action out of the remaining pairings?

I beat celebrir, somewhat fortunately. A power failure on his side interrupted a tense and difficult game.

We'd appreciate any comments on the game, by move 50 the direction of play was very difficult to assess.

I had arranged to play Loons but he didn't make it; will he or both of us forfeit?

I can play pretty much any time 10am - 12pm GMT Thursday 10th and Friday 11th and will be idling on KGS, though I will be unavailable 8-10 on Thurs and from 6 on Fri.

I'll forfeit in that case.
