Maybe someone who can read korean could click on "About us" at the bottom of the page and tell us more details about this program and affiliations.

PS: Live stream just went 'off-air' again while I was writing this, but simply refreshing the page in the web browser fixed it. So the connection seems a bit flakey.

I've watched a bit. The only "problem" I encountered was the audio dropping off. Not a problem since I don't understand Korean, but refreshing it brought the audio back.

If they could provide translation, there would be no doubt about, many would sign up. I think that's what may keep some people away.
