Announcement for the Dutch 48th Keizer Karel Go Tournament Nijmegen Saturday and Sunday, March 16th/17th, 2024 We are organizing the 48th Keizer Karel Go Tournament in Nijmegen. It is possible to participate on either Saturday or Sunday. Time control is 60 minutes per person. Komi is 6.5. Byo-yomi is 20 seconds or 20 moves in 5 minutes. Prizes: Prizes are available for the top 3 players and for all participants who win 4 or 5 games. Schedule: Saturday, March 16th - 10:30-11:30 Registration - 11:45-14:15 Round 1 - 14:30-17:00 Round 2 Sunday, March 17th - 09:30-11:45 Round 3 - 12:00-14:15 Round 4 - 14:30-16:45 Round 5 - 16:45 Prize ceremony All players must be present by 11:30 on Saturday, including those who have pre-registered. Only then can the games begin at 11:45. Pre-registration: Pre-registration is possible via phone or email. Registering with a bank transfer is preferred.
