The GTL is back online (http://gtl.xmp.net/). We did not lose any reviews, but some settings. Also, if you registered after September 2012 and have not made a review yet, we have lost your account. I'm sorry for that. We will soon send out emails to our reviewers, so that everyone checks their account & settings. About the GTL: The GTL is a free service, where stronger players review the games of weaker players.
