GoGoD versus the known games of Ota Yuzo
After finishing reading "Life of Honinbo Shuei" I have been reading more of the text material on GoGoD. When reading the essay on Ota Yuzo I was surprised to see that more than 600 of his game records are extant. The GoGoD database contains only around 190 (under Ota Unosuke and later Ota Yuzo). I wonder if T Mark or JF could comment on the problems of obtaining records when it is known that they exist. Is there any help that people like me, living in the big three Go countries, could attempt to provide to further build up the available knowledge base?
