Need help using sgf2dg

I've been trying to install sgf2dg under window 7 but no luck. can someone help me install and use this program? I read the manual, also try the ubuntu through usb (for first time using it too) but I am still confused.

thank you, what an amazing resource!!! but why couldn't I just use Drago instead of senseis???
