who should get Go Game World games subscription ?

We now have a month of Go game World games subscrition as a prize.
This allow the winner to view their collection of pro commented games (2800+)

But we had discution about who should get that prize.
So you can give your opinion here.

Player with the name most similar to kadoban should get it.

But seriously, only reason I'm commenting is to say that I think the kyu prizes should be avoided whenever possible, I just don't really see the point of them in particular. A bunch of the league is [-] or [?] players, and I like it like that. So...anything other than that.

Why not give it to one of the division winners? If there's only one, give it to alpha or randomize it amongst the lower ones instead of one of the lesser prizes.

Kyu Prizes (in general) are there to motivate the weaker kyus to play more since the probability of them winning anything is pretty low. As for their selection, one has to have a solid kyu rank to be eligible for a kyu prize

Sure, I mean I get that, but my issues with it are:
1) It's such an arbitrary cutoff
2) I think the place it cuts off at is pretty bogus, if the goal is to have a prize available for players too weak to be in contention for the division winners. Is a 1k really that unlikely to be in contention, especially in Gamma/Beta?
3) It's the one-and-only place where rank matters in the ASR, as far as I can tell.
4) It's so very open to abuse. Does anyone really think it'd be hard for anyone, no matter what strength to get a kyu rank? If the prize becomes good enough, I forsee lots of solid 1ks magically appearing.

Not really saying it should be eliminated, since nobody else seems to really have a problem with it, but if anyone's asking my vote would be to not make the prize any better for it.

Honestly, I'm torn between the two "Kyu player with best record" and "Most active Kyu player"

The reason for this is because it would seem like the kyu player with the best record won the prize whereas the most active player would seem to show they want to improve from the amount of time they play.

I'll vote for the player with best record since I tossed a coin and lost.
