Moves 74 and 75 were terrible play on both sides. Apparently white did not realize he had placed my group in atari with 73 and I did not notice so I daftly played 74 instead of connecting that group or capturing whites group.

Hi, well not being a Dan level player it's quite possible everything I say is 180 degrees wrong 
but you might find it interesting to see what comments I made. - I haven't had much experience reviewing other people's game records either .

A few reading points for your practice:
On 60 (
below) what if White cuts as shown here? You are stuck for an answer. You need to continue with 60 at 'a' to extend your liberties.
On 66 ( 
below) what if White cuts as shown here? You lose two stones in sente. You should answer 
with 
to protect you weaknesses. Note that if White then wedges in with 7, you can keep everything by answering with 5.
On 146 just extend at as shown below. The important point is that this threatens to capture five White stones in the ladder at 
if White plays against your cut off stones in the corner. If White plays at 3 herself, you can capture the cutting stone with 'a' and the whole upper right corner and side is yours.
On 156 you protect against a cut that does not matter. If you had protected the corner with below, you would still have won big.
White 171 ( below)was an incredible opportunity (should have been at 3 below to keep things simple). It leaves behind the atari at below that captures the White cutting stones.

Thank you CnP, EdLee, and ez4u for all the very helpful feedback and analysis. 
I made so many mistakes in this game its crazy. I am not used to playing at that speed so some of the more obvious tactical mistakes were because of me panicking under the time pressure or not reading fast enough. However, alot of the mistakes pointed out I would have still made even with indefinite thinking time and never caught in hindsight. This will give me a lot to study which is great.

Yes, I am near the Seattle go center, its great there. Unfortunately its about an hour and a half by bus so I can only go every so often.
