i got some nice photos of me and my brother playing at the oshawa beach..
and some random guy KNEW what it was!
so nice to see a random guy show up.

I used to watch the fireworks show over the Detroit river. It was nicer to watch from the Windsor side. They basically just combine the Canada Day and Independence day fireworks shows.

Yes, Canada Day is like Independence Day in the States, except it's not so much a celebration of independence as it is a celebration of the day that Canada was officially founded.
