Newly created WAGC archive is available at https://wagc.go.art.pl/
It contains all tables, individual and country stats, and over 1800 game records. (Update: almost 2500 game records now)
Similar archive about KPMC (Korea Prime Minister Cup) is at https://kpmc.go.art.pl/ (without game records for now, I will start adding them later)
If you have games from WAGC (sgf, screen of kifu, any source/format) that I am missing, please contact me.

I think you can add more games. Picking a random edition I compared the 25th WAGC.
You list 34 SGF records, but I know of 88 records, probably all from
