http://gogameguru.com/watch-baduk-tv-free-limited-time/ reported that BadukTV is now available for free for a limited time ("probably until July"). I haven't logged in to their site, but instead went here:

Maybe someone who can read korean could click on "About us" at the bottom of the page and tell us more details about this program and affiliations.
PS: Live stream just went 'off-air' again while I was writing this, but simply refreshing the page in the web browser fixed it. So the connection seems a bit flakey.

I've watched a bit. The only "problem" I encountered was the audio dropping off. Not a problem since I don't understand Korean, but refreshing it brought the audio back.
