1. Is the website being actively developed at the moment?
Glad you like it, and, sorta-kinda. I was working on a new and improved set of data to add some super awesome features, but got a bit bogged down. I go through phases where I work on it a lot and then some where I do other things. I think it's about time to add a few things that don't need my super awesome data, though.
Shedal wrote:2. When I'm adjusting a test, does that affect its appearance for other people? If yes, I'm more eager to do that

My eventual goal was to make it modify the test if it notices a bunch of people change it. But no, at the moment it's only for you.
Shedal wrote:3. What does "Skip ahead to this position in other tests, too." checkbox do, exactly? It's really not clear.
The idea is that if you have a bunch of tests that all start with the same 10 moves, and you know those 10 moves really well, you can just set it to always skip to the interesting bit. I
think it works.

Shedal wrote:4. When I go through a joseki several times with high score (4 or 5), it still continues to show up afterwards. Does it stop eventually? Or does it show up less and less often? To which extent, then? Or am I supposed to remove all such tests with the remove button or from the queue?
Yes, it will show up less and less often. It's a spaced repetition algorithm. Ideally it shows you the position
right when you're about to forget it. I think I've written somewhere in one of these threads a few more details.

Shedal wrote:And a couple of suggestions:
a) Please add a possibility to remove sucky tests before following 40 moves, most of which are just taking ko for both sides.
Yeah, that is high on my list, and shouldn't be too hard.
Shedal wrote:b) Replace << < > >> links with buttons. First, it's more logical UI-wise, as links are supposed to take a user to another page, while buttons perform actions in the current context. Second, buttons are much easier to point at and click.
Yeah, I think that's a good idea, too. The < > are especially hard to hit on a tablet/phone.
Shedal wrote:c) Can you also add keyboard navigation to Select and Browse? Like, right and left arrows take you to the next and previous moves. Down arrow changes to the next most common variation and up arrow to the previous variation.
BTW, going through a joseki in Study mode by pressing right arrow key could also work when you made three bad guesses and the next move is shown to you at every move.
Yeah, this is on my list, too, but not quite as urgent as some other things. (Like your a & b and the mobile layout...)
I'll try and get a few things done on it in the next week. It's not fair to make you all wait for my Super Cool Awesome New Features.
