FWIW, here are my takes:
A: In the seki I do not call these false eyes. For one thing, if you fill both of them, White dies. (Curiously, White dies because he has only one eye, but before filling the other eyes we don't call it an eye.
) In the second diagram, I call them half eyes.
B: In the Two Headed Dragon, I do not call these false eyes. In the second diagram I also call them half eyes.
C: I do not call this a false eye.
D: I do not call these false eyes when White is alive, but in the second diagram I do call them false eyes.
BTW, it is cases like A - D that make me think that we need other terms than just eye and false eye.
E: I do not call these kos eyes, false or not. Maybe I should.
F: I call these false eyes in both diagrams, whether it is seki or not.
