Well the main teacher is a 7p, and I'm pretty sure someone of your level can "receive great benefit" from a 7p. The 7p, An Yan, also runs a Go school which has teachers who range from Chinese 5d (a lot stronger than KGS 5d) to pro level, so you will have more than enough company of stronger players to learn from. The school is also organized into groups for students, of which the highest is 4d and above which you can enter.

Yeah, I guess it's pretty unlikely that it wouldn't be good. I thought even though there's a pro teacher, the program might no be aimed at certain levels. Agreed, KGS 5d is so weak.
