Life In 19x19

Making new friends is always good.

I'm definitely the first 2, but sometimes I don't know which reason I'm more devoted to. Sometimes I'd rather just take a break from social stuff and play/study on my own. Other times I'd rather just listen and talk with other club members more than pay attention to the game I am playing.

One thing is for sure, playing this game certainly has more social prospects than school ever did. -.-

Hey, Magicwand, you should really think about getting a second computer, best would be a laptop like I have one. So the kids can use the computer while I am playing Go or browsing L19 forums.

I got interested in go because of an article that stated that go engines are so weak and dull, that I decided to create an own strong engine once after I had made it to dan strength (in order to be able to test that engine). Since I haven't made it to 1d yet (and won't ever reach) I'll probably never start programming...
