Ethics of any kind are unnecessary here. If you aren't good enough for people to want to hire you (to make musics, play games, teach go), you shouldn't whine to amateurs about it, you should get better (or get a different job).

Your prescription in and of it self suggests a certain ethic. IE teachers and pros shouldn't whine to amateurs. For example complaining that amateurs are ambiguous.
