Beginner handicap game. All feedback welcome

In regards to black, the biggest two problems that I see (and I'm sure there are others that I lack the experience to see) are that:

1. He played a number of unnecessary moves in the middle and end game that allowed me to take sente. I'm at work now and can't look at the sgf to give specific moves.
2. He left the upper right open at the end. That mistake was, I think, worth about 20 points. I might not have seen it, except that I've made the same mistake in the past and been punished for it.

I'm confused, are buri and blindgod two accounts from the same person?

Maybe it's a Tyler Durden thing. I do wake up most mornings feeling unrested.

At least you're only causing mayhem on the goban!
