Doesn't it? I can just picture like 20 of them waddling up on a line of tanks, bustin' it up. I never get more than a couple cause they're competing with my extended range colossi, and I gotta have those. Also, they die to the weenie units like marines and zerglings, and I hate it when an expensive, bad-ass unit dies to a weenie unit.
I want to be more willing to screw around with stuff like this and not be afraid of losing so much.

nooooooooooo I just did a quick test against the computer and turns out you can't go mass sentry and then hallucinate a bunch of sentries.........
Pretty funny how quickly you can hallucinate a serious amount of colossi though (as long as you've got 3 expansions solely for mining gas).

Do you know if you can hallucinate beyond a 200 food cap? I'd test to see for myself but I forgot to move my desktop from my family home to my condo -___-. I'll send you a US trial key when I find my guest passes as well.

Do you know if you can hallucinate beyond the 200 food cap? Well yes I do. If you have a 200/200 army of mostly sentries, and you spam hallucinate colossi, then the screen fills up with colossi and you can't see anything else.
(Hallucination doesn't require food)

OK, we're trying to get an L19 team together right now, so now would be a good time to get online.

Mass phoenix HAS to be awesome. Especially if you are able to pull it off early game. I'd say something like phoenix, speedlings, and banshees. Early game harass. Never let it pass 10 minutes!

Well, we got three games in and then battle.net crapped out. I'm working on uploading the replays to
sc2replayed.com. For some reason it's only got the second one parsed so far, but I'll post the links to the others as I get them. The highlight was probably running into another team also doing Funday Monday, but none of the games were spectacular.
Funday Monday #1 - Vladius, Fwiffo, BillyBanana and childsish vs. IchiAmarata, Slick, Mothballz and happytownFunday Monday #2 - Vladius, Fwiffo, BillyBanana and childsish vs. ClusterBomb, DEATH, Conniption and SequenceFunday Monday #3 - Fwiffo, Vladius, tartuffe and BillyBanana vs Cruise, Danich, Blaqe and allthesmurfsSpoilers:Game 1:
Game 2:
Game 3:
I plan on being online some more this week for anyone that wants to give it another go.

Heh, trying weird things really throws me off. Guess I'm not terribly adaptable :p.

Yeah, my desktop's not with me and my finger's still healing so I couldn't have made it if I tried...but I can't wait to see the reps

.
Also, just ran into this tribute video for a fruit dealer:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrfzEO2y ... r_embeddedCan't wait to see how he'll do in S2 (qualifiers this weekend). There are a LOT of big names that are entering this month, including BW legends such as Boxer, Nada, JulyZerg, as well as WC3 legends such as Moon, Remind (who just won the 2010 WCG against Grubby, who is also planning on moving to SC2), and Lyn. As I was once a competitive WC3 player before I played Go, I'll definitely be rooting for Moon but I can't wait to see how all these big names do...lot of pressure on them I'm sure.

I'll be up for a few funday Monday games in the next couple days. I am theorycrafting a bit, nothing specific yet, but relies heavily on abusing cannons / planetary fortresses. For the units themselves I prefer something really unique, so nothing like zealots / lings for example. Was considering something like sentry / queen / collossi, but unfortunately the queen's creep spreading interferes with my planetary fortress /cannoning plans.
I'm Aphelion.831 on bnet.

I agree that basic units is not very interesting. The game where we played another team of Funday Mondayers, rushing basic units against their interesting mix turned out kinda stupid.
I really want to make some sort of mothership combo work. Destroying an army with vortex+baneling would rule.

OK, apparently sc2replayed.com can't parse some >=1.1 replays. Anybody have a replay site they like for sharing/organizing/collecting replays?

http://replayfu.com/ is my preferred site for sharing replays.
