I just watched the broadcast of Yuki Satoshi beating Kono Rin in the final of the NHK Cup. That makes three in a row and five of the last six for Yuki. He is still a long way from Sakata's eleven NHK titles but best of luck to him. He is a lot of fun to watch. He gets very red in the face in seemingly innocuous positions. Today, in commenting on the game he tossed off the thought that in hayago it is important to play moves that you like (as opposed to trying to read all the way to the 'right' move) due to the limited time.

Three in a row? Very nice! I wish I could have seen the broadcast.

I would love to watch live Go matches (or recorded for that matter), I just want to watch some lol

five out of the last six as well as the three in a row currently.
He's been pretty dominant in this tournament.
If you know Japanese and how to get a proxy, you can watch with NHK On Demand. It's a bit tricky though.
For Asia TV cup, Iyama is seeded as previous winner, Yuki Satoshi and Kono Rin will also represent Japan as the finalists in NHK.
