Eidogo tweaks

I guess you all know the GNU GPL eidogo programe.
I think it's a great tool but the styling is just not so nice in my opinion.
So I did some tweak to make it look more the way I wanted.

It is just css changes.
I am not a web designer or a graphist or anything so I do not claim any quality on the code or the result of my changes.
I worked on the wordpress plugin so I put it in a new wordpress plugin (see attachement).
Now there is more themes: compact full fullnav lecture.
Of course it's all under GNU GPL, use it as and/or modify it as you want.
There are stuff I would like to do and cant for I am not competent:
- Fix the shadow bug.
- put a new wordpress plugin online with shortcode for eidogo API (see exemple-API in examples).
- Add a new mode "none" instead of "view" or "play".
If you have any questions, sugestions, request, or desire to help please tell me.
