Invading a three space extension near the corner

So, I just played a blitz game and was wondering how to invade a three space extension. The moves up to the posiition where it occured and blacks followup are in the sgf. Looking back at the game I realize that there are bigger moves on the board, but if I want to jump in there no matter what, is there a continuation that gives me at least an even result?

Just hane up from one side - you will end up with a ponnuki facing the centre.

I think there is some text (several pages at least) about this in "Attack and defense", but I'm not sure where my copy is, so I can't check.
This is probably handled in many other books as well.

Indeed; chapter 8 has 24 pages of invasion joseki for these extensions.

Man, I don't know how often I have tried to read that book^^.
Anyway, one more reason to get into it, maybe this time I will succeed.
