Name errors

A drawback of the internet is the way errors proliferate. Player names often get mangled.
I suspect the ultimate source is Momoyama but the AGJe, JustPlayGo and others seem prone to this. I noticed today, for the umpteenth time. Kim Seongjae and Kim Kiyoung.
These should be either Kim Seungjae or Kim Sungjae (or Gim ...) in the usual idiosyncratic personal-choice forms (Kim Seung-jae in official K2000 using the surname dispensation), and Kim Kiyong (or K2000 Giyong). Even idiosyncratically, though, Seongjae and Kiyoung are not possible.
The GoGoD normalised forms, which use McR to allow direct transfer back to hangeul, are Kim Seung-chae and Kim Ki-yong. The GoGoD forms also use the hyphen which is coincidentally also recommended by K2000. It obviates the need for sound changes and helps distinguish Korean from Chinese names.
There are other errors floating around but I don't really want to spend my time fly-swatting. Maybe more editors should check before copying?
