HELLO EVERYONE---------
i have just join in 2 minutes ago and i am new to go(baduk,weiqi) been reading the roles white little practice for about one and a half to tow hours.
now i am try to solve a problem which called "live and death problem"--- http://playgo.to/iwtg/hebrew/ --- (and just for clarification i have tried almost (if not all) combinations )
i am "total green" my rank is zero (i have thought i am getting it during the tutorials but now i guessing i did not)
it"s beautiful game and lots of fun for me . i need a little bit on guiding , at this stage any comment are welcome!!!

Your aim is to kill white. You succeed if your three stone string survives. It has 3 liberties. W strings have more liberties except the lower one. That one has also 3 liberties. So your only chance is to attack these. But first you threaten to escape: D13. W has to block at E13 otherwise you indeed escape to safety. This exchange favours you. Next you can play D10 followed by D9. Now W cannot atari you because your stone at D13. W dies.
edit: I guess the problem is far too difficult for a novice. Even my solution will be difficult to you. There are many sites with easier problems for example gogameguru

The three surrounded black stones have only three liberties, while the white border group has four. The other white group seems to have even more (however it is not yet fully connected). Thus - from the liberty count - it seems that black is lost here. However, there is a move which (effectively) increases black's liberties and at the same time forces white to reply in a way, which does not decrease black's liberties again.

this game is quite complicate , i think i need same time to digest it,it been written on the first tutorials page that one should loss 100 games and fast, in order to starts figuring out what to do and how to implement all the tutorials knowledge and far more.
