Life In 19x19

I am having some problems installing tygem on my laptop. I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate through Vmware Fusion on a MacBook Air, and ever since I switched to MacBook I have been having such problems. The windows seems to be running normally. Sometimes I can't even access the Tygem website.

Anybody knows what the problem is and how I can solve it?

You have to be more specific. Screenshots, error messages you're getting etc.

There are no error messages. The installation just stops and hangs there, just like the picture I've attached. In the end I need to use task manager to stop the program and reinstall, but the same thing happens again.
