I've usually seen the name "Rita Poscai", wich you may be referring to with Rita Pochai, however there may be other spellings of her name.

I've also usually seen Nyu Eiko, per according to the Katakana. It seems quite rapid to beat a top pro the same year you become pro :).

Niu is the Chinese spelling. The girl was professionally trained in China. She was unable to become pro in China but managed that in Nihon Kiin. She is the daughter of Chinese pro Niu Lili who emigrated to Japan. Niu Lili is known as Go Seigen's personal assistant.

And Nyu Eiko is Michael Redmond's niece.
