Where to buy Ing stones

Yutopian shipping is too expensive to the UK (84 dollars). Where can I get some Ing stones through a different seller?

Yutopian used to have both — Complete Ing sets (Ing stones + Ing bowls) as well as only the stones (in some plain plastic cases I assume).DrStraw wrote:Can you buy them separately? Maybe someone wants to bowls and not the stones.
I think the ones they sell in the smaller plastic containers are the light-weight plastic stones without the lead centers.Bonobo wrote:Yutopian used to have both — Complete Ing sets (Ing stones + Ing bowls) as well as only the stones (in some plain plastic cases I assume).DrStraw wrote:Can you buy them separately? Get them shipped to the cheapest place and all meet up at the European congress to disperse them.Jujube wrote: I like the idea of getting a bulk European order but then we'd have to pay for shipping to our respective countries; a lot of logistics and a long visit to the post office
I assume you mean ST040 10mm Plastic Stones/Plastic Bowls which currently are out of stock.xed_over wrote:I think the ones they sell in the smaller plastic containers are the light-weight plastic stones without the lead centers.Bonobo wrote:Yutopian used to have both — Complete Ing sets (Ing stones + Ing bowls) as well as only the stones (in some plain plastic cases I assume).DrStraw wrote:Can you buy them separately? Because of Christmas, or is this a longer term problem?Truebiz wrote:Just got an email from Yutopian that they're almost completely out of their Go equipment, including all the ing stones (only 9mm glass stones, $20 beginner set, and mahogany bowls left). Are there any other vendors?
<sob>Sorry to tell you that this item is out of stock.
We no longer carry any stones and boards except SK215 and Mahagoni bowls.
Well, one of their primary features was that they were cheap and/or free and high enough quality to still be usable. If they're significantly more expensive due to scarcity, I expect something else will become the inexpensive standard.Jujube wrote:So. If the official seller does not carry the equipment for the Ing Goe Foundation, uhh, can we all assume that the foundation has ceased to offer Go equipment apart from use in tournaments?
I wonder if the stones will increase in value over time. I already expect the Go timers are rather sought-after.
