For me, the video doesn't show here in L19, though: “An error occurred. Please try again later.”

I don't think it’s something on your side or L19’s … as far as I can see you used the correct tags with the correct video ID. Maybe they disabled embedding or something.

I fixed it. The tag was missing the "-" character, which is part of the youtube video id for this video.
