Ok to use forum

I've rearranged the malkovich forums in the form that seemd to have a concensus. There may be a few bugs ( if so, report them in this thread )
This should be ready to go.

This is much better than the rank-based divisions, I think.
To nitpick though, I think "1-on-1Malkovich" should be two words, not one.
