Are you just running both programs and clicking back and forth?

I run both programs on the same computer and enter the moves manual. Both use all 4 cores and stop computing after they have made their move.

I have a question about Zen: in the analysis tab there are 3 rows: Candidate (move), Count and Value. What does "count" mean, count of what? Moves, games...?

Hello Thread Hichecker ;-)

It called Iterations, not Count in my version of Zen Go. The larger the number is, the more well-read-out the move is.
