not to expensive(maybe no xeons) but really strong.
And how strong they would be?
Zen, Crazystone, Leela, others.
MAINBOARD: ASUS Rampage V Edition 10 | Intel X99
Intel Core i7-6950X | 10x 4.00GHz(OC), 25MB L3-Cache
2x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 | 8GB
G.SKILL Trident Z | DDR4-3600MHz 128GB

Was that a modest joke? << for example, the "not too expensive" and "maybe no Xeons" >>
Maybe not as strong as the hardware used by some of the program development teams, but a least in the same ballpark (not weaker by more than a factor of 2-3 times)

while I'm pretty sure the 2017 version of Zen and CrazyStone will support GPU, I'd go for the most single powerful card rather than dual gpu as I'm not quite sure if dual gpu will go smooth.

Crazy Stone:
OS: Windows(R) 7/8/8.1/10 (32/64bit)
Processor: 2GHz dual core processor or higher
Memory: 1 GB RAM
Graphics: 800x600 High Color (16bit) or more
Storage: 200 MB available space

I think this is the minimum required to run the program. Does Crazy Stone not become stronger on faster hardware?
