(Review of a teaching game versus my strong 2D friend.)

I like to play versus double komoku. It gives black a nice head start.

If white chooses to approach one of the black hoshi stones, to press down the 3-4 stone is much stronger than answering the approach move.

The push by white is not a good option.

Black should now play G16 immediatly. The atari at E14 is only a good move if white pincered before the D16 push.

The white hane is not working.

(But because the black player is me, I managed to blunder my usual big fuseki advantage :roll: )

It is ok that white lives in the corner, because both black neighbouring positions are also strong (especially versus the white weak center group).
