You can play against CrazyStone from 13k to 7d on 13x13
Zen 7 says it's 9d on 13x13.
In fact CSDL and Z7 are about the same strength on 13x13 at equal time setting

@Vargo: Thanks. It's about what I suspected, though CrazyStone can get a bit, well, crazy... Are there still CGOS competitions at that board size?
