Anyone know some good problem books for reading practice? I am looking to practice problems where the reading depth is about 10 moves.

The book Tactical Reading if you don't mind that it has problems, theory, depth, breadth and explanation of the decision-making. If you ONLY want depth, then better read tsumego collections, such as the Nihon Kiin Tesuji Dictionary.

I'd love to know if it's possible to find these in Europe. I looked around some more and less popular outlets, but not much from Segoe is available.

I think it's easiest to order from amazon.co.jp, but as far as I know, they don't ship books from third-party sellers outside Japan. I've ordered my set of the 囲碁の力を強くする本 books while in Tokyo in 2013; they were delivered to the hotel without problems.

So if you go to Japan or know someone who will bring the books for you, that's an option.
As far as I can tell you only need a Japanese address and they will ship to you anywhere in the world after that. I ordered items from amazon.co.jp while I was living in Tsukuba for a research visit, and have since had no problems having books shipped to Canada.
