Black gets the better of this I think, due to the relationship with the UR stone. One more move and he is getting a framework started. W can counter this as he has sente, but if he does approach, then he made a dumpling shape that isn't efficient. I much prefer black here. That is not to say that white isn't playable. His group does have influence and can be used as thickness. It's also not likely to come under attack. And most importantly, white gets sente.
