Smartgo: Android.... any word?

I just picked up the Droid X... it's pretty, I like it a lot. But it lacks...something... Something which would fill my days and nights and boring waits with joy.
Smartgo, Smartgo, wherefore art thou Smartgo...?
Anders Kierulf, give us poor lost souls your permission to court her majestic and utilitarian beauty. I've flirted with KGS's client, but it just won't be the same. When we're alone together, I'll imagine it has her gui and type Lee Ch'ang-ho's name into the void.
I looked on the website and it seems to suggest that he's working on a mac client. With the success of the iphone/ipad versions, doesn't it seem like the mobile market is what's hot? Anyone know if this is anywhere in the pipeline?

on his twitter he announced that it was unlikely because:
@Jaysiosity Sorry, no Android version for now, too much C++ and Obj-C code in SmartGo that would need to be converted to Java.
http://twitter.com/smartgo/status/21329427397he also states that there's too much stuff he wants to improve in the ipad version first.

I use gobandroid and have directories for players whose games I want to check out. If there are more features you want, let me know. Right now I'm in the process of moving, but the next step is a tsumego mode.

Just picked up gobandroid, it's pretty good. The interface gets a little frustrating at times though.
The sgf viewer commands are in kind've an awkward position, in relation to the advertising material and eachother, every time I'm just a hair off one of the buttons, it either redirects me to the ad target or skips ahead a number of moves. Maybe the ads could go on top? And then the buttons could be spaced out a bit?
It looks like exactly what I'm after, but accidentally jumping around the game and over to Market is making it hard.
A tsumego feature would be great! On the whole, I think this program is exactly what I'm after (I'd also pay to be able to avoid the ads entirely).
EDIT: Woops, not using gobandroid, I'm using Android no go, I'll try out gobandroid

I was starting to get VERY confused when you mentioned ads.

Yeah, Android no go has a pretty significant pro game repository associated with it (Search by player, year, etc... I think it's linked directly to SGFDatabase.com, it has the same features)
Your client is WAYYY sleeker, I just wish I had the 20000 or so pro games that smartgo has to search through. I can still use SGF Database to find games though, then just download them and load em. So, yeah, I think I'm switching to gobandroid.
