just watching the third season of 24. They are checking out a club in LA where some people are obviously playing some baduk - see here:

Is this the best angle? The board position from this angle looks hopelessly contrived.

It only looks contrived if you think it's actually go... when in reality, this was probably intended to be a seedy Gomoku den

Have now advance another few hours in the plot and the place is repeatedly refered to as the 'Go parlor' or the 'Go club'.

I watched episode the same yesterday
They were really playing Go out there. And then Jack came and hit the Goban. Seems he didn't like the game

I remember seeing igo in Criminal Minds a few weeks ago. The suspect played igo and they were relating his play style to his personality; it was pretty neat.
