AI training for computer noob

Hello all..
I am really bad with computers but I want to study with AI. Either with katago or lizzy, no matter. Yet downloading seems quite complicated. Is there any easy to download a program? I use macbook air by the way. I dont know if this machine can handle... I really dont understand about git hub or similar stuff. Is there chance for me? Thanks..
