i am looking for a good, up-to-date database with games in .sgf format.
In the www I find a lot. Which collection would you recommend?

https://gogodonline.co.uk/ - biggest database with over 100k games. If you are also interested in go culture as a whole, I highly recommend buying the encyclopaedia as well. Updated twice a year.

https://www.go4go.net/go/ - huge database and basically free. Updated daily.

https://ai.facebook.com/tools/elf-opengo - a smaller but free gogodonline-database completely analysed by facebook's go bot ELF. No updates, last games from 2018(?).
