Invincible query

Redmond 9p and Chris Garlock recently commented a Shusaku game, his first Oshirogo, I believe. And I checked my copy of Invincible to try and get both comments at once and...
It's commented by both Kato Shin 8p and Ishida Yoshio 9p. But as far as I can see, one was 4 yo when the other died. Is it a merge of commentaries or another player with an homophone name?
Since we're at it, I think I recall reading somewhere the difference between the Oshirogo and Gozengo, but... I can't recall neither the source nor the proper data. Also, was there a term for games played in front of a daimyo? Would gozengo apply?
