Late bloomers?

Do we have a list of late bloomers somewhere? I was checking the listing for 'The games of Shuei' and started thinking about names I can't recall (I'm very very bad with names; whatever you imagined, it's worse), from the... Honinbo competitions mid-century, I believe. Then on some "ressurrections" in the Japanese Go scene (Cho Chikun did one of those, I believe). Has anyone looked into that?
