Life In 19x19

Clossius has managed to push a number of people into a Go challenge on OGS / KGS. The goal is to play the most games on February. The announcement is here. The und has reached 1000+ USD. It's heavily biased towards fast games, but I think it's a good start. I'm personally going to use the excuse to push me to something else.

Interesting concept: reward people for playing games, not for winning. I hope this attracts more players on western servers, sometimes I press the automatch button on OGS and wait several minutes without being able to get a game, so I have to play elsewhere.

There is no way I can win this challenge since I play less than 50 games/month but maybe I'll try. This will be a good reason to use my KGS and OGS accounts more often.
