IGS gameplay is pretty relaxed. It's Canadian time and the most popular settings is 10 minutes / 25 moves - so most games last 40-60 minutes.

The answer may depend on your rank and/or timezone. Personally I have no difficulty finding games on KGS using the "automatch" button with "medium" game speed (25 minutes main time + 3*30s byo-yomi).

I also have no problems getting 20 min (5 * 30 sec) games on KGS. Just read some news on the web while waiting for an opponent - normally doesn't take more than a few minutes.

I have no problems playing on OGS with settings of 10 mins per move. We never need that much time, more like 20-120 seconds, but the stupid countdown clock never comes on. A game sometimes takes 60-90 minutes but that's why we're playing, to relax, read carefully, have a conversation about possible sequences, a few undos, and to talk about weather. More like playing in person.
