Some news about Drago

Hi,
finally a new version! Previous one was from 2017... Version 4.30 is mainly a maintenance release with a lot of fixes related to Unicode and Windows 10. Also, Drago has become open source and the path to compile it is fully described in the repository.
For those who don't know Drago, it's a SGF editor which can be used to replay games, solve problems, play with game engines, export to a lot of formats and manage game databases. Translated into 19 languages and Windows only.
