Who are these youtubers?

Hi.

As I spend some time watching go videos on YouTube, its algorithm is kind enough to suggest me more videos to watch (and work less). Nakamura Sumire is a hot topic, but not the only one. They are in Japanese (that I can't understand), but I enjoy watching them from time to time. I have the feeling that the comments come from people who know what they are talking about. Who are they?

Excerpted quote from omelette's Patreon page:

I'm omelette! (...) I enjoy (playing) online blitz games, you can find me playing some live on my Twitch Channel (omelette1515). I'm amateur 6dan in Japan. I was Insei in Tokyo (...) I'm Fox Go server and Tygem 7/8dan.

He also links to his discord server.

rido says on the About tab of his channel that he's 9 dan, and links to his twitter.

Hi.

One of the youtubers I posted (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnG9Lz ... X0khYZhqiQ) is JKGo.

I like his videos. Like I said, I don't understand him, but the way he comments, offers variations... I find it interesting. And I'd like to know who he is.

A few days ago, I was watching a stream of one game of the Samsung 2022 Cup. And the topic came up in the comments section. What I could understand is:
- He is not Japanese. He is Korean. In the youtube info, it says "South Korea". He may be retired and living back there.
- His Japanese is very good, maybe from Kansai.
- If you have followed NHK the past few years, you could know him.

So I thought it could be someone like Cho Chikun or Ryu Shikun, who are Korean but have been living in Japan nearly all their lifes. I wonder if they keep a Korean accent.
JK is not one of them, but what other Korean players could be candidates?

I don't think that it's Cho Chikun's voice.

It's not Cho Chikun. I meant someone "like" him (or Ryu Shikun), in the sense of "a profile like them". But not them.

Probably no need to add another thread, since this one fits well.

Recently I stumbled upon the youtube channel Contraband Go. It's been active for about two years and already has quite a few videos. Does anybody know who he is?

Also, maybe someone wants to take care of updating the list of youtubers on Sensei's from this thread.

ContrabandGo is Brandon, formerly one half of TwoCats with Triton. He's been making Go content for at least five years or so.
