Site layout?

My style to use the site is through the view new posts button, but a while ago I read here someone saying they just click forums and topics, which means the more topics there are the more likely they will miss something. It's probably wrong, but my suggestions include:
0-Why is there an announcement topic were you announce tournaments, but also a tournament topic?
1-Improve Your Game seems a bit redundant and could be part of general topics
2-The Game Analysis tournament is redundant, since analysing your games seems like something for the study group topic
And how can you have a Nakamura Sumire Topic and Amazon Army Topic? I wish you could merge topics, haha, I would have made it like this
